all is cleared there and the boulevard approaching the schuylkill expressway is also wide opened. of course we have some lanes closed around broad at city hall, we will talk about that in a few minutes but your travel speed right the now everybody around the posted speed, mostly in the 50's. so getting where you need to go, hardly any traffic out there guys, this morning. 6:03. breaking news, police are on the scene of the fatal auto accident in center city. jenny joyce is live at the scene, what is going on. >> reporter: this accident happened just over an hour ago. police have confirmed two people died after they were hit by a cab at broad and arch streets. within of the victims was pronounced on the scene. we are hearing that the female. the second one was trans port todd hahnemann two blocks away, that victim a male, died at the hospital. we are hearing that the cabdriver was also transported to the hospital as well with reported chest pains, likely shaken after this accident.

it looks like we have the the g's in the 20115 list of tropical cyclone names. that includes hurricane and tropical storm. it the is grace: 50 miles an hour wind in the middle of the atlantic ocean closer to africa then it is to the caribbean. but it will eventually make its way toward lesser antilles and then toward puerto rico by the weekend. it does not, we do not expect to it strength men to a hurricane, but they will stay tropical storm, and this is getting to be now the busy time for tropics so we will keep an eye on that plus favorite spaghetti models. satellite, radar pictures shows no clouds, plenty of room for sunshine today. our next cold front doesn't arrive until wednesday night into thursday. we will have more humidity today, and tomorrow, and wednesday, so that by the time this cold front gets on thursday, it the will touch off some strong thunderstorms, it looks like the most active

before 4:45 this morning. female victim was pronounced on the the scene. male died at hahnemann hospital just two blocks away, cab driver was also transported to a hospital for chest pains, he was apparently standing in the media visibly upset and shaken after this accident, that is a according to police, at this point, we don't necessity how the accident happened, or details about who these victims are or where they have been coming from. what we necessity right now one male, one female are dead after being hit by a cab earlier this morning, mike and alex. >> 6:33. philadelphia police are investigating how one of the vans hit a woman in west philadelphia it happened around 10:00 yesterday morning on spruce street between 56th and 57th. woman was treated at the hospital, her current condition is unknown. missing elderly woman from delaware county is back her family after getting lost and ending up in the state of maryland. scary ordeal for an 88 user old, lilian margolis and her

family, radnor police say that she got lost saturday night after leaving her son's home in radnor township, she apparently drove past her home in maris grove and she ended up down in maryland. they realized she was lost and called a nephew on long island for help. police also ended up getting involved and used pings on her phone to help track her down. >> the investigation was in depth by patrol division and detective bureau in that it involved recycling the the information on her cell phone as well as pinging her cell phone. as a result of that there were several throughout the course of the day that started in the lower end of chester county, delaware county, up through middle portion of the delaware county through city of philadelphia and up into montgomery county. >> one of the pings from her cell phone came from a location on cobbs creek parkway in upper darby where police found her, and her car,

which had a flat tire. they have brought her back to the station and reunited her with her family. >> nicely done. >> 6:35. a philadelphia fire fighter is recovering after falling while battling a fire in kingsessing this happened on the 1800 block of south 56th street right around 1:00 yesterday morning. unidentified fire fighter was taken to presbyterian medical center and released. no one else was hurt. the cause of the fire is still under investigation. delaware state police are trying to determine the identity of the woman killed while crossing the street in new castle county. accident happened just before 11:00 saturday night on route 40 pulaski highway in bear. police say woman caused the accident because she did not use the crosswalk, however, the the driver was charged with a dui. and two las vegas police officers survived after being ambush by a gunman. here we go again officers were sitting in the patrol car at a stop light, yesterday when the
